Today, our group (Denver the guilty dog) had lots to do! The boys and the girls split up, leaving the boys to finish their long insulation journey. Our group today consisted of two extra boys (Matt H. and Tyler A.) who helped speed up the insulation process significantly. Alongside Matt W., Ben V., Pat H., and our leader Scott Wennerstrum, the boys finished insulating, but the task also came with a sneaky surprise. While finishing his job, Ben found a carcass of what looked like a big cat! Meanwhile, the girls patched up numerous holes in the house, and washed and tidied the house. Our group took a small break around noon to grab some lunch and ice cream, then after our day at the worksite, went for a dip in the lake. We all hope everything is going well back in Chicago!
